Active Faith Is Based on a Reason to Believe The city of Chicago recently hosted a death defying event by Nik Wallenda. I couldn’t watch as he walked blindfolded on a wire 600 feet in the air between skyscrapers. Nik was able to do it because he had faith. I don’t know anything about his relationship with God, so I’m not suggesting it was faith in God. He had faith in his ability. He believed the chance of falling was slim, because of how he prepared.
