That&#039;s interesting.  I haven&#039;t thought about shame being a factor but you&#039;re probably right.  In this case it is closely related to pride, not wanting to show were vulnerable.
I agree with you about laziness but I would probably lump laziness into the indifference category.  The problem is that if one is indifferent or lazy it is partially because it doesn&#039;t seem real.  Even a lazy person will run when really attacked.  The sad thing is we are all attacked and many are harmed spiritually but don&#039;t realize it!
